Ingredients
- 2 eachs Eggs
- 0.75 cup Sugar
- 0.25 cup Applesauce
- 1 tablespoon Molasses
- 1.5 teaspoons Vanilla
- 2 cups Zucchini
- 1.5 cups Wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Cinnamon
Directions
- Shred and drain zucchini prior to making.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Bake in 350 degree F oven for 55 minutes, makes muffins or loaf.
