EZPZ Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 220 grams Self-Rising Flour
  • 200 grams Greek Yogurt
  • 14 grams Nutritional Yeast

Directions

  1. Mix the yeast into the flour, then add the greek yogurt.
  2. Mix with your freshly washed and dried hands (trust me, it's easier and actually not as messy as you think). At first, it's going to seem like you don't have enough ingredients but trust the process.
  3. Once your dough ball has formed, cut it in half. The recipe technically makes two crusts, but if you prefer thicker, bigger pizza, feel free to keep it as one.
  4. At this point, you can roll out the dough in whatever form you please. Round, square, a fun shape. You can also just press it into a lightly greased cake pan if you prefer a pan pizza.
  5. Bake at 375F for about 4 minutes. Then take it out of the oven and cover with your favorite sauce and toppings. Put back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
