Fluffy homemade pancakes made from scratch with simple ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
- 3.5 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Granulated sugar
- 1.25 cups Milk
- 1 ounce Egg
- 3 tablespoons Butter, melted
Directions
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- In another bowl, beat the egg, then add milk and melted butter. Mix well.
- Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- Heat a lightly oiled skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with butter, syrup, or desired toppings.
