    Ingredients

    • 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
    • 3.5 teaspoons Baking powder
    • 1 teaspoon Salt
    • 1 tablespoon Granulated sugar
    • 1.25 cups Milk
    • 1 ounce Egg
    • 3 tablespoons Butter, melted

    Directions

    1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
    2. In another bowl, beat the egg, then add milk and melted butter. Mix well.
    3. Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
    4. Heat a lightly oiled skillet or griddle over medium heat.
    5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
    6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
    7. Serve warm with butter, syrup, or desired toppings.
