Green Bean Casserole

A creamy and savory baked casserole made with green beans, mushroom soup, and crispy fried onions.

Ingredients
- 4 cups Green beans, trimmed and cut
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 10 ounces Condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 0.5 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1.5 cups French fried onions
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and blanch the green beans for 3-4 minutes.
- Drain and transfer green beans to a large mixing bowl.
- Stir in condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle crispy fried onions on top, and bake for another 5 minutes.
- Let cool for a few minutes and serve warm.
