Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cornmeal
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Melted butter
  • 1 cup Egg

Directions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
