Ingredients
- 2 pounds Steak (ribeye, sirloin, or filet mignon)
- 1 cup Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 0.5 tablespoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
- 0.5 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 pound Asparagus spears, trimmed
- 1 cup Lemon juice
- 1 ounce Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
- Rub steaks with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Drizzle asparagus with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Place steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare (longer for well-done).
- While steaks are grilling, place asparagus on the grill and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
- Remove steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Drizzle grilled asparagus with lemon juice and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Serve steaks with grilled asparagus on the side.
