    Ingredients

    • 2 pounds Russet potatoes
    • 0 teaspoon Salt
    • 4 ounces Butter
    • 0 teaspoon Black pepper
    • 0.5 cup Milk

    Directions

    1. Peel and cut potatoes into even chunks.
    2. Boil potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender.
    3. Drain potatoes and return them to the pot.
    4. Mash potatoes while adding butter and milk.
    5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
    6. Serve warm and enjoy!
