Ingredients
- 2 pounds Russet potatoes
- 0 teaspoon Salt
- 4 ounces Butter
- 0 teaspoon Black pepper
- 0.5 cup Milk
Directions
- Peel and cut potatoes into even chunks.
- Boil potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender.
- Drain potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Mash potatoes while adding butter and milk.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
